Race Day Instructions

NUMBERS & TIMING CHIP — Please pin your number on the FRONT of your shirt or shorts. This is your primary timing device – no tag, no time!

RESTROOMS — Unisex portable restrooms are located in parking lot across Water St from RC Outfitters

PRE-RACE WATER — Water is available by the start/finish line

START — At 6:50 am, all participants should go to the Staging Area on on Water St near RC Outfitters.  The race will start promptly at 7:00 am.

SPLITS  Digital clocks will be at the at the 2 mile split and at the finish.

AID STATIONS — Water available at approximately the following locations 1 mile, 3 miles, and Finish Line.

FINISH — As you cross the finish line, please keep moving through to the end of the wide chutes. Your finish time will be visible on both sides of the large clock positioned over the finish line. Medical assistance and water will be available. Other post-race refreshments, including Olive Garden pasta, meat balls, marinara sauce , and world renowned Olive Garden Bread Sticks, Assorted snack foods and cookies, Water and Gatorade will be available at the Post Race Party at CEFCU Center Stage.

AWARDS — The Awards Ceremony will begin 8:30 am.  AG Awards must be received at the Awards Ceremony .. Pick up will NOT be available after the After Party closes.

SAFETY — We advise participants to always be aware of fellow participants, our volunteers, and public safety officials. Please follow the the course signage and the instructions from volunteers at all times. For your safety, and the safety of other participants, we request that you do not wear headphones.  Full attention and maximum hearing are necessary in an urban race of this size. Children under the age of eight are not permitted unless accompanied by an adult who is registered in the race. Please drink plenty of liquids before the race. If you show danger signs, medical or race personnel may remove you from the course.
